It takes TWO hands to clap ? My thoughts ; FIRST : I’d always thought that when two become close friends, they have a level of understanding of each other far deeper than anyone else can comprehend. Yet sometimes friends do become strangers. Not exactly in the literal sense, but they become someone you didn’t know before. SECOND : To leave her life behind and start anew, isn’t that difficult. Changing number or deleting her contct numbr. Or whatever contact details. What’s difficult in doing so, is to leave the feelings and memories that have been so deeply etched in your soul behind. THIRD : And I’m wondering if I have that kind of strength and determination to leave behind someone close in my life. If I’ll be able to carry my head up high, look ahead and continue down the path on my own without her by my side. I didn’t want to have negative thoughts, but somehow feelings don’t always go the way you want. I am unhappy. At this point, at this moment. More than anything, I’m exhausted. |
